Mark re-joined Money Concepts March 2017 as Regional Director for the Crossroads region and as Chief Operating Officer for Circle Financial Planning. Mark brings 22 years of financial services experience to our team. Eight of those years were previously with Money Concepts before joining us again.
A former resident of Miami, Florida and Hudson, Ohio, Moss graduated from Butler University where he was a member of the tennis team and studied business & economics. Mark lives in the Irvington area with his wife Lynda, and his son and daughter. He has been involved in mentoring and tutoring programs with Irvington Schools, the United Way, and the International School Project. Mark actively serves in his church and enjoys camping, hiking, shooting sports and cheering for the Indianapolis Colts.
Starting as a College Agent with Northwestern Mutual in 1986, Mark moved to Money Concepts and helped launch the bank distribution team. This operation earned the President of the Year award two consecutive years, recognizing it as a leading center nationally. Mark was a repeat qualifier for the Millionaires Club (89-90) and Eagles Club (92-93) awards.
Later, as Assistant Vice President of Trust Development with First Merchants Bank, he authored a bi-weekly column in a local newspaper, and taught adult-education classes on financial planning at Ball State University and Anderson University. Mark was Director of Marketing for an Insurance Marketing Organization, and, as National Sales Manager for Pentera Group, consulted with financial services companies nationally.
Mark also enjoyed a successful career in recruitment marketing and professional development, yet financial services continued to be prominent. As Corporate Executive to the financial services and non-profit sectors, Moss was a sales leader for the largest provider of vocational and leadership training in Indiana – Ivy Tech Corporate College.
Combining his experiences in financial services, recruitment marketing and leadership training, Mark joined the companies of OneAmerica as Field Director of Leadership Development in 2014.
